It also contains the barcode used to uniquely identify your shower enclosure.
This code does not have to be entered to complete your purchase, but it is highly recommended, as it will ensure that your shower enclosure and the requested spare part are identified without any errors.
How to take the photos to identify your spare part
In order to precisely identify the spare part you require, we need you to upload 3 types of photos.
The photos can even be in medium resolution. The important thing is that they are “in focus”.

This photo will allow us to identify the model of the shower enclosure in your possession, in order to identify the exact spare part.
Photo of the area of the shower where the part to be replaced is located
This photo will allow us to identify the area of the shower where the part to be replaced is located.
Photo of the part to be replaced
This photo will allow us to uniquely identify the requested replacement part.
For the details: blocks, hinges, SMF, etc.
For the gaskets: take photos of the cross-section.
For the wheels: take photos from the front and from above
Shipments and collections
SHIPPING VIA COURIER: in this case, you are kindly asked to enter the delivery address and a valid telephone number for the courier. The delivery will be made in approximately 15 to 20 business days from the time of payment.
ON-SITE PICK-UP: if you live close to the company (no. 29 Via Furlanelli, Verano Brianza - MB, Italy), you can opt to pick-up the spare part in person. Please remember to respect the time frame indicated in the confirmation email (2 to 3 days from the time of payment). The business hours of our offices are as follows: MON - FRI 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
